You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the use of such content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity.

Plataonline reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion. We do not endorse any User-Generated Content and disclaim any liability for any content submitted by users.

7. Payment Terms

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Plataonline may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against any user who violates these Terms, including seeking injunctive relief and damages.
